Reserve Your Spot

 

A deposit of €250 per person will reserve your spot. Drop me an email or phone and I’ll send you an invoice with all the details. 

Deposits are refundable up to 14 days after payment made except when paid 6 weeks prior to start of tour. 

Payments can be made in USD ($) or euro (€).
Price in dollars is based on the exchange rate at time of payment using www.xe.com for conversion. 

For payments through PayPal 4.4% will be added to cover fees.

Please include the following information when reserving your spot by email:
Names, Address, City, State, Zip, Phone including area code, Email address, Allergies / medical conditions that we need to know of.

Here is the lowdown: no two tours are alike so here’s an example –
Total Cost for 9 days = from €1,500 per person excluding airfare
Includes:
– pick up and drop off from airport [Shannon, Kerry, or Cork]
– bed and breakfast 9 days/ 9 nights
– transportation and tour guiding for 9 days
– one ‘home’ dinner and a couple of picnic lunches
– entrance fees to group activities and entertainment 
Excludes: airfare, travel insurance, optional activities, lunches, dinners and drinks. Pickup in Dublin is extra charge.

Variables: group size may be limited to your own personal group of friends/family, length of stay, other areas to be included in itinerary, etc. 

Accommodation in ‘Thidwick’ Bed ‘n Breakfast based on first booked-first choice basis. Overflow will be accommodated in nearby Bed ‘n Breakfasts.

Balance is due 6 weeks prior to tour start date. Don’t worry, you’ll be reminded of payment.

In the case of a certifiable medical condition or personal disaster preventing travel resulting in a cancellation, a tour credit will be considered. Balance of payment, excluding deposit, may be refunded if seat is filled by someone else referred by the canceling participant.

Single Supplement: Generally we do not charge a “single supplement” but under certain circumstances it may need to be applied.

Insurance: We recommend that you purchase your own travel insurance.
